About the Album
Inspired by the legend of the red thread of fate, an invisible line tying together the people meant to find each other, the album moves through attachment, anxiety, nostalgia and farewell.
The Beginning
It started during the pandemic. Drawn to the trio's melancholic, digital sound, Red Fingers reached out through social media, a message sent into the quiet. They've been making music together ever since.
Creative Connection
What began as sessions became something closer: "We connected very quickly. We share references, visions, and above all a very intuitive way of working. We understood each other without explaining too much."
The Creation Process
The album was born in one of those sessions. Red Fingers proposed leaving the city behind: a family house in the countryside near San Pedro, no noise, no distractions. "We locked ourselves up for a week in the middle of nowhere. The first songs of the album came out. Everything flowed naturally."
Epheme Records
HILO ROJO is the first release on Epheme, the label Red Fingers built for what comes next: "It's not just a label, it's a space for artists who want to break formulas and explore new aesthetics."
