About the Album
Inspired by the Japanese legend of the red thread of fate, the album explores themes of attachment, anxiety, nostalgia, and farewell.
The Beginning
The collaboration between Red Fingers and NVSCVR began during the pandemic. Captivated by the trio's melancholic and digital sound, Red Fingers reached out to them through social media. From the moment they connected, they started creating music together and haven't stopped since, forming an unstoppable creative partnership that continues to evolve.
Creative Connection
Over time, a creative and personal connection was consolidated: "We connected very quickly. We share references, visions, and above all a very intuitive way of working. We understood each other without explaining too much."
The Creation Process
The "HILO ROJO" album project was born in one of those sessions. Red Fingers proposed going to a family house in the countryside, near San Pedro, to create something different. "We locked ourselves up for a week in the middle of nowhere. The first songs of the album came out. Everything flowed naturally."
Epheme Records
Red Fingers—who has worked with Bad Bunny, Rauw Alejandro and Paloma Mami—released this album as the first title of his new label Epheme. "It's not just a label, it's a space for artists who want to break formulas and explore new aesthetics."
